摘　　要：[目的]为建立简便、快捷的小麦茎基腐病菌药剂筛选方法。[方法]以感病品种周麦22为材料,在温室中对8种小麦茎基腐病菌苗期接种方法的稳定性和适用性进行了对比。[结果]孢子悬浮液水培胚芽鞘接种法和小米扩繁拌土法较其他6种方法不仅操作简单,而且更接近于田间发病情况,可以作为药剂筛选试验的首选方法;前者适宜于药剂初筛,而后者适宜于药剂复筛。为进一步验证接种方法的可靠性,采用小米扩繁拌土法测定了天民008和百农4199 2个品种对茎基腐的抗病性,得到与前人相同的结果。[结论]孢子悬浮液水培胚芽鞘接种法和小米扩繁拌土法是筛选防治小麦茎基腐病化学药剂的首选方法。[Aims]The present study aims to establish a simple and rapid method for screening agents for wheat crown rot. [Methods]In this study, the stability and applicability of eight seedling inoculation methods of wheat stem rot were compared in a greenhouse using the susceptible variety Zhoumai 22 as material. [Results]The spore suspension hydroponic germinal sheath inoculation method and the millet expansion method are not only easier to operate than the other six methods, but also closer to the field pathogenesis, and can be the preferred method for agent screening experiments;the former is suitable for agent primary screening, while the latter is suitable for agent re-screening. To further verify the reliability of the inoculation method, the resistance of two wheat varieties Tianmin 008 and Bainong 4199 to wheat crown rot was studied by millet expansion method, and the same results were obtained as those of the previous authors. [Conclusions]The spore suspension hydroponic germinal sheath inoculation method and the millet expansion method were the preferred methods for screening chemicals for control of wheat crown rot.
