多学科团队协同护理干预对支气管哮喘发作期患者肺通气功能及预后改善的影响

摘　　要：目的探究多学科团队协同护理干预对支气管哮喘发作期患者肺通气功能及预后改善的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2020年6月于本院诊疗的112例急性发作期支气管哮喘患者,根据不同护理方案分为对照组与研究组,各56例。对照组施以呼吸科室常规护理,研究组施以多学科团队协同护理干预,比较两组肺通气功能、预后改善情况。结果护理后,两组FEV1、PFE指标水平均高于护理前,且研究组FEV1、PFE指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组急性AQLQ评分均高于护理前,且研究组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘发作期患者住院期间施以多学科团队协同护理干预,可改善肺部通气指标情况及预后,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary team collaborative nursing intervention on the improvement of lung ventilation function and prognosis of patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 112 patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma who came to our hospital from December 2018 to June 2020 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different nursing schemes,with56 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing in Respiratory Department,while the study group was given multidisciplinary team nursing intervention.The pulmonary ventilation function and prognosis between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the levels of FEV1and PFE in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the levels of FEV1and PFE in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the acute AQLQ scores of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidisciplinary team nursing intervention can improve the lung ventilation index and prognosis of patients with bronchial asthma attack,which is worthy of clinical application.
