摘　　要：胸管引流是目前肺叶切除术后的常规治疗措施,其管理通常依据医务人员的经验,缺乏循证医学证据。本文主要对早期拔管的意义,胸膜液生理学,拔除胸管的指征,如何拔除胸管等方面的研究进展进行综述,为肺切除术后早期拔除胸腔闭式引流管提供理论及临床依据。Chest tube drainage is a routine treatment after pneumoectomy,and its management has usually been based on the experience of medical staff,lacking of evidence-based medical evidence.In this paper,the significance of early extubation,the physiology of pleural fluid,the indication of drainage of thoracic tube,and how to remove thoracic tube were reviewed and analyzed,so as to provide research basis for early extubation of closed thoracic drainage after pneumoectomy.
