摘 要:为了探索黑莓压条繁殖技术,于2020年6月在福建省屏南县岭下乡开展黑莓压条育苗试验。结果表明:黑莓压条20 d,生根率可达100%,每个枝条平均生根数为141条,平均根长11.7 cm,平均根径4.2 mm;压条40 d,每个枝条平均生根数为261条,平均根长17.00 cm,平均根径5.3 mm,比压条20 d时分别增加85.1%、45.3%、26.2%,且萌发1~2个新芽的枝条数占总压条数的40.0%;试验地所在区域夏季日平均气温为19.96~26.93℃,日平均湿度为85.34%~100%,温暖湿润,非常适宜黑莓压条繁殖育苗。黑莓压条繁殖具有简单易行、生根率高、根系发达、苗壮、成本低廉、保持母本优质遗传性状以及当年可开花结果等特点,是扩繁培育优质种苗的良好手段。In order to research bury shoot apex reproduction technology of black berry,the experiment on burying shoot apex reproduction of black berry was carried out in Lingxia Township,Pingnan County,Fujian Province in June 2020.The result shows that after 20 days,the rooting rate of burying shoot apex black berry branches is 100%,the average number of roots per branch is 141,the average root length is 11.7 cm,and the average root diameter is 4.2 mm;After 40 days,the average number of roots per branch is 261,increased by 85.1%,the average root length is 17.0 cm,increased by 45.3%,the average root diameter is 5.3 mm,increased by 26.2%,the number of branches sprouting 1~2 new buds accounts for 40.0%of the total number of burying shoot apex.Under moderate temperature and humidity,bury shoot apex reproduction of blackberry has the characteristics of easy propagation,high rooting rate,developed root system,strong seedling,low cost,maintaining high quality genetic characters of female parent,and flowering and fruiting in the same year.It is a good method for propagation and cultivation of high quality seedlings.
