肺结核住院患者全程护理服务模式的建立与实施效果

摘　　要：目的分析在肺结核住院患者护理中应用全程护理模式的方法与效果。方法选取患有肺结核疾病的130例患者,根据护理干预模式不同,均分作常规组(n=65)及试验组(n=65),在施治期间提供常规护理与全程护理服务模式施护,统计组间治疗依从性、负性情绪、施护满意度、遵医行为及生活质量差异性。结果试验组施护后治疗依从性评分比常规组低,P<0.05;试验组住院时间比常规组短,P<0.05;试验组焦虑及抑郁评分比常规组低,P<0.05;试验组施护总满意度比常规组高,P<0.05;试验组遵医率比常规组高,P<0.05;试验组总体健康、生理职能、社会功能、躯体疼痛及生理功能评分优于常规组,P<0.05。结论通过全程护理模式施护,既能够有效提升患者治疗依从性及遵医行为,缓解其负性情绪的同时,还能增加患者对于医疗服务的满意度,对缩短患者住院时间、降低治疗费用及改善其预后质量起着积极意义。Objective To analyze the method and effect of the application of whole-course nursing mode in the nursing of tuberculosis inpatients.Methods The 130 patients with tuberculosis disease were divided into conventional groups(n=65)and experimental groups(n=65)according to the different nursing intervention modes.Routine nursing and full nursing service mode were provided for differences in treatment compliance,negative mood,nursing satisfaction,medical compliance behavior and quality of life between statistical groups.Results The trial group had a lower treatment compliance score than the conventional group,P<0.05.The trial group was shorter than the conventional group,P<0.05.The anxiety and depression scores were lower than the conventional group,P<0.05.The total satisfaction with care in the test group was higher than in the conventional group,P<0.05.The compliance rate in the test group was higher than in the conventional group,P<0.05.The overall health,physical function,social function,and physical pain and physiological function scores in the test group were better than those in the conventional group,P<0.05.Conclusion By the whole care mode,can effectively improve patients treatment compliance and compliance behavior,alleviate its negative emotions at the same time,also can increase the satisfaction of medical service,to shorten the hospital time,reduce treatment costs and improve its prognosis quality plays a positive significance.
