阴道超声联合腹部超声诊断宫外孕的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨阴道超声及腹部超声在诊断宫外孕中的应用价值。方法以在我院进行妇科超声检查的孕妇作为本次研究对象,以在我院进行妇科超声检查的宫外孕孕妇作为本次研究对象,均经外院手术确诊并进行成功随访获得准确数据,诊断时间为2018年12月至2020年2月,共计120例,依次用腹部超声、阴道超声诊断,并分析对照诊断结果。结果腹部超声检测出63例宫外孕,阴道超声检测出82例宫外孕,阴道超声联合腹部超声诊断宫外孕115例。阴道超声联合腹部超声诊断宫外孕诊断符合率为95.83%,阴道超声诊断宫外孕诊断符合率为68.33%,腹部超声诊断宫外孕诊断符合率为52.50%,阴道超声联合腹部超声诊断宫外孕诊断符合率显著高于阴道超声及腹部超声,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。阴道超声联合腹部超声在宫外孕胚芽、盆腔积液等症状检出率方面显著高于腹部超声、阴道超声,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论利用阴道超声联合腹部超声诊断宫外孕能够得到较高的灵敏度及特异度。Objective To explore the value of vaginal and abdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Pregnant women who underwent gynecological ultrasonography in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and ectopic pregnancy pregnant women who underwent gynecological ultrasonography in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were all diagnosed by surgery in other hospitals and successfully followed up to obtain accurate data.They were diagnosed by surgery from December 2018 to February 2020.A total of 120 cases were diagnosed by abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound in turn,and the control diagnosis results were analyzed.Results Sixty three cases of ectopic pregnancy were detected by abdominal ultrasonography,82 cases by vaginal ultrasonography,and 115 cases by vaginal ultrasonography combined with abdominal ultrasonography.The coincidence rate of vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy was 95.83%.The coincidence rate of vaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy was 68.33%.The coincidence rate of abdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy was 52.50%.The coincidence rate of vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy was significantly higher than that of vaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy germ,pelvic effusion and other symptoms detection rate was significantly higher than abdominal ultrasound,vaginal ultrasound,P<0.05.Conclusion Vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy can obtain high sensitivity and specificity,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
