临床免疫检验质量控制对检验结果可靠性和准确性的影响

摘　　要：目的以临床免疫检验工作为例,通过实施质量控制措施,对其检验结果的可靠性及准确性的影响进行分析研究。方法选取2018年2月至2019年1月医院收治的进行临床免疫检验的患者200例作为研究对象,按随机数表法分成两组,其中对照组100例在临床免疫检验过程中给予常规质量控制方法,观察组100例在临床免疫检验过程中给予强化质量控制方法,进一步对两组患者检验结果的可靠性及准确性进行比较。结果观察组的癌胚抗原、血清胰岛素、甲状腺功能、甲胎球蛋白、糖类抗原199、C肽6项变异指数均明显低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的检验准确度为97.00%,明显高于对照组的86.00%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的检验总满意度为96.00%,与对照组的85.00%相比明显更高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床免疫检验质量控制措施的实施可以确保检验结果的可靠性,提高检验的准确性,降低误诊率及漏诊率,同时,还可以提升患者对于检验的总满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of quality control measures on the reliability and accuracy of clinical immunoassay results.Methods A total of 200 cases of clinical immune test patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table,100 cases in the control group were given routine quality control methods in the course of clinical immune test,and 100 cases in the observation group were given intensified quality control methods in the course of clinical immune test.The results of the two groups were further analyzed.The reliability and accuracy were analyzed and compared.Results The six variation indices of carcinoembryonic antigen,serum insulin,thyroid function,alpha-fetoprotein,carbohydrate antigen 199 and C-peptide in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of the accuracy of the test results,the accuracy of the observation group was 97.00%,which was significantly higher than 86.00%of the control group,the difference between the two groups had significant statistical significance(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.00%),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality control measures in clinical immunoassay can ensure the reliability of test results,improve the accuracy of test,and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.At the same time,it can also improve patients'total satisfaction with the test.
