单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片与复方丹参滴丸联合治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的有效性及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片与复方丹参滴丸联合治疗冠心病心绞痛患者的临床效果,同时对研究期间治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率、心绞痛发作的频率进行统计分析,以此判定治疗措施的有效性及安全性。方法回顾性分析本院收治的71例冠心病心绞痛患者的临床资料,患者就诊时间为2019年10月至2020年10月,将采用单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗的35例患者列入甲组,将采用单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片联合复方丹参滴丸治疗的36例患者列入乙组,对比两组的疗效、不良反应(头痛、眩晕、低血压)发生率以及治疗前后患者心绞痛发作的频率及每次心绞痛发作的持续时间。结果乙组治疗总有效率为91.67%,较甲组的71.43%高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);甲组、乙组不良反应发生率分别为8.57%、13.89%,组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。乙组治疗后患者心绞痛发作的频率(1.35±0.31)次/d对比甲组的(3.66±0.82)次/d低,乙组治疗后患者每次心绞痛发作的持续时间(2.31±0.23)min对比甲组的(5.32±1.25)min短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病心绞痛患者治疗期间在应用单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗的基础上联合复方丹参滴丸治疗的临床效果确切,能够显著改善患者的心绞痛症状,减少心绞痛发作的频率,有利于提高疗效,减少不良反应的发生,同时安全性较高。Objective To explore the clinical effect of isosorbide mononitrate sustained release tablets and compound Danshen dripping pills in the treatment of coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris,and to analyze the total effective rate,the incidence of adverse reactions and the frequency of angina pectoris during the study,so as to determine the effectiveness and safety of treatment measures.Methods In our hospital were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 71 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris treated,the patient for October 2019 to October 2020,will use the isosorbide mononitrate zyban treatment of 35 patients were included in the first division,will use the isosorbide mononitrate zyban joint compound danshen dropping pill treatment of 36 cases in group b,Efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions(headache,vertigo,hypotension),angina attack frequency and duration of each angina attack before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of group B was 91.67%,higher than that of group A(71.43%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A and group B was 8.57%and 13.89%,respectively,and there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).The frequency of angina attacks in group B was(1.35±0.31)times/d lower than that in group A(3.66±0.82)times/d,and the duration of each angina attack in group B was(2.31±0.23)min shorter than that in group A(5.32±1.25)min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Coronary heart disease angina pectoris patients during treatment in the application of isosorbide mononitrate zyban treatment on the basis of the exact,combined the clinical effect of compound danshen dropping pill treatment can significantly improve symptoms in patients with angina pectoris,reducing frequency of angina pectoris attack,to improve curative effect,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and security is higher.
