老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病护理工作中临床护理干预的应用效果与对患者生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究临床护理干预用于老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病护理工作中的效果。方法通过随机化原则将本院2018年5月至2019年8月接收的84例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者均分成两组,对照组采取常规护理,试验组采取临床护理干预。比较两组护理后的肺功能和生存质量。结果试验组用力肺活量为(2.97±0.29)L、第1秒用力呼气容积为(2.04±0.24)L、峰值呼气流速为(4.90±0.32)L/s,与对照组的(2.20±0.22)L、(1.51±0.37)L及(4.14±0.27)L/s对比差异有统计学意义(t=13.7091,P<0.05;t=7.7883,P<0.05;t=11.7638,P<0.05);试验组护理后生存质量评分为(91.24±5.53)分,高于对照组的(82.26±5.47)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.4820,P<0.05)。结论在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病护理工作中应用临床护理干预的效果确切,既能有效改善肺功能,又可提高生存质量。Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 84 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease received from May 2018 to August 2019 were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization.The control group was treated with routine nursing and the experimental group was treated with clinical nursing intervention.The lung function and quality of life after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The forced vital capacity of the test group was(2.97±0.29)L,the forced expiratory volume in the first second was(2.04±0.24)L,and the peak expiratory flow rate was(4.90±0.32)L/s,which was the same as that of the control group(2.20±0.22)L,(1.51±0.37)L and(4.14±0.27)L/s,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.7091,P<0.05;t=7.7883,P<0.05;t=11.7638,P<0.05).The score of quality of life after nursing in the group was(91.24±5.53)points,which was higher than that of the control group(82.26±5.47)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.4820,P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of clinical nursing intervention in the nursing of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is accurate,which can effectively improve the lung function,but also can improve the quality of life.
