分析非自愿入院的精神病患者对精神病治疗与护理工作的感受

摘　　要：目的研究非自愿入院的精神病患者对精神病治疗与护理工作的感受。方法入组对象为医院2018年8月至2019年月8收治的364例非自愿入院精神病患者,随机分为两组,对照组(182例)患者实施一般护理,研究组(182例)患者实施综合性护理。对比两组患者对治疗和护理工作的感受。结果干预后,两组BPRS评分比干预前低,且研究组BPRS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组在治疗优良率、护理满意度及医院管理方面的满意度均优于对照组,药物不良反应、医疗纠纷发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组治疗依从性为92.30%,对照组为77.47%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用抗精神病类药物联合综合护理对非自愿入院的精神病患者进行干预可提高患者的治疗依从性,提升满意度。Objective To study the feelings of psychiatric treatment and nursing of involuntary psychiatric patients.Methods A total of 364 cases of involuntary psychiatric patients admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The reference group(182 cases)received the general nursing.The study group(182 cases)carried out comprehensive nursing.Compare the two groups of patients to the treatment and nursing work.Results After intervention,the BPRS score of both groups was lower than that before intervention,and the BPRS score of the study group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The study group was superior to the reference group in terms of excellent treatment rate,nursing satisfaction and hospital management satisfaction,and the incidence of drug side effects and medical disputes was lower than the reference group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance rate was 92.30%in the study group and 77.47%in the reference group,which was higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of antipsychotic drugs combined with comprehensive nursing can improve the patient's treatment compliance and satisfaction.
