摘　　要：在我国实现“两碳目标”新的发展格局下,核电将发挥重要作用,铀资源供给面临新的挑战。保障天然铀安全稳定供应,是实现“碳中和”、“碳达峰”的关键。因此,有必要实时充分掌握海外重要地区铀资源勘查开发动态与社会经济形势,从而为构建我国“四位一体”天然铀保障体系提供支撑。文章在系统调研、实时跟踪非洲铀资源最新数据信息的基础上,对非洲地区最新铀资源分布格局、勘查开发进展、市场开发动态和经济社会形势等进行了深入分析。分析认为:非洲铀资源丰富,在全球铀资源供给中占有重要地位;非洲地区中低回收成本的已查明铀资源及在产的、计划的和潜在的矿山资源与产能,均可为未来全球核电发展提供重要的支撑。南部非洲矿业大有可为,目前该地区已形成了群雄逐鹿的局面。Nuclear power will play an important role under the new development pattern of realizing the“two carbon goals”in China,and the uranium resource supply become a new problem.Ensuring the safe and stable supply of natural uranium is one of the key prerequisites for realizing“carbon neutralization”and“carbon peak”.Therefore,it is necessary to fully grasp the exploration and development trends and socio-economic situation of uranium resources in important overseas areas in real time,so as to provide support for the construction of China's natural uranium security system.Based on systematic investigation and real-time tracking of the latest data and information of uranium resources in Africa,this paper made an in-depth analysis of the latest distribution pattern of uranium resources,exploration and development progress,market development dynamics and economic and social situation in Africa.The analysis showed that Africa is rich in uranium resources and plays an important role in the global supply of uranium resources.The identified uranium resources with low and medium recovery costs in Africa and the existing,planned and potential mine resources and production capacity can provide important support for the future development of global nuclear power.Mining in southern Africa is promising.At present,the region has formed a situation of competition.
