摘 要:通过分析全球创新规律演变特征,辩证看待创新空间的规律性、科技回归都市的趋势、新地理逻辑下产业变化特点,引出对全球创新规律的深层次思考。将粤港澳大湾区中的深圳市南山区和旧金山湾区的硅谷进行对比,分析二者演变规律特征。以深圳市南山区为例,深入剖析其发展历程,从政府力和市场力两个角度,分析其螺旋上升模式。从创新模式、创新空间、创新融合三方面,对南山区创新的典型性和独特性进行深入分析,提出南山区创新以企业主导的应用型创新为主,其创新主体高度依赖差异化的企业营城单元,其创新路径有效发挥了"创新型城区、创新型校区、创新型街区"的效应,为其他城市创新空间营建提供借鉴经验。The paper analyzes the evolution characteristics of global innovation,of the law followed by innovation space,of the fact that science and technology is coming back to cities,and of the characteristics of industrial changes under the new geographical logics,which leads to the insight on the new law of global innovation.It compares Shenzhen’s Nanshan district in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area with Silicon Valley in San Francisco Bay Area,and analyzes their evolution characteristics.Taking Nanshan district as an example,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of its development process,and analyzes its spiral rising mode from two angles of government power and market power.It also analyzes the typicality and uniqueness of innovation in Nanshan district from three aspects:innovation mode,innovation space and innovation integration.It is pointed out that the innovation in Nanshan district is mainly enterprise-led applied innovation,its innovation subject is highly dependent on the differentiated enterprises,and its innovation path effectively exerts the effect of“innovative city,innovative campus and innovative block”,providing reference for the construction of innovative space in other cities.
