摘　　要：特发性肺纤维化是一种原因不明、具有不可逆肺纤维化特征的间质性肺疾病,因病因不明、诊断困难、预后不良、易感染加重是目前国内外诊疗及研究的难点。李光熙教授根据多年临床经验,认为该病属中医“肺痿”范畴。肺肾亏虚、正气不足为致病之本,痰浊瘀血、痹阻肺络为发病之标,本虚标实,病程绵延,反复不愈。中医治疗本病以补益肺肾、宣通肺气、化痰祛瘀为法。Idiopathic pulmonary fi brosis is an interstitial lung disease with the characteristics of unknown causes and irreversible pulmonary fi brosis.Due to its unknown etiology,diffi cult diagnosis,poor prognosis and susceptibility to severe infection,it has currently become a diffi cult point in diagnosis,treatment and study at home and abroad.Professor Li Guangxi,based on years of clinical experience,believes that this disease belongs to the category of“lung fl accidity”in traditional Chinese medicine.Deficiency of both the lung and the kidney and lack of vital qi are its root causes,while phlegm turbidity and blood stasis,and blockade of lung collaterals are its manifestations,which lead to its characteristics of defi ciency in root causes and excess in manifestations,a prolonging and recurring disease course.Traditional Chinese medicine treats this disease by nourishing the lungs and kidneys,dispersing lung-qi,resolving phlegm and blood stasis.
