摘　　要：在病证结合新模式思想指导下糖尿病周围神经病变应以辨病为先,明确诊断,辨证为主,病症方药结合论治。糖尿病周围神经病变根据肢体泌汗异常、麻木、凉痛、胀痛、痿软等不同的临床症状分类论治,根据糖尿病不同阶段的病程特点、病情轻重程度分期论治。中医处方中辨证选择具有降糖靶点的单味药,或中成药,或复方制剂,达到“辨病”与“辨证”结合,实现中西医融会贯通。Under the guidance of the new mode of disease-syndrome combination,diabetic peripheral neuropathy should be treated with a disease diff erentiation as the fi rst step to make a clear diagnosis,followed by a syndrome differentiation as the crux of its treatment process,achieving the combination of disease,symptom,prescription and medication.It is advocated that the disease should be treated by classifications according to different clinical symptoms such as abnormal sweating of limbs,numbness,cold pain,distending pain,weakness,etc.,and be treated by stages according to its course characteristics and severity at diff erent stages.In TCM prescriptions,single drugs,Chinese patent drugs or compound preparations with hypoglycemic targets should be selected according to a syndrome diff erentiation to achieve the combination of“disease diff erentiation”and“syndrome diff erentiation”,and realize the integration of Chinese and western medicine.
