摘　　要：周亚滨教授认为心脏神经官能症中医辨病应为心悸,病因病机为肝气不畅或心肝血虚。其病机关键为“表象为心脏之心发病,实则为心理之心发病”。临证从子病治母暨心病治肝理论角度提出从整体与微观多向论治,从肝对“心主血脉”和“心主神明”两方面入手,补心益肝、潜阳定悸贯穿治疗始终。方用柴胡桂枝龙骨牡蛎汤及归脾汤加减,坚持药物加减重视顾护脾胃原则,平调阴阳,安神定悸。Professor Zhou Yabin believes that cardiac neurosis should be diagnosed as palpitation in traditional Chinese medicine,whose etiology and pathogenesis are impediments of liver qi or blood defi ciency of the heart and liver.While the key to its pathogenesis is that“it appears physically to be a disease of the heart,but it is actually a disease of the liver in its psychological sense”.Clinically,from the perspective of the theory of treating heart diseases from the liver,he proposes a multi-directional treatment of cardiac neurosis should be administered at both the holistic and microscopic level.With reference to the liver’s impact on the heart’s two primary functions of“the heart governing blood and vessels”,“the heart governing spirits”,the methods of tonifying the heart and benefiting the liver,suppressing hyperactive yang and calming palpitations should be applied throughout the treatment process.The prescriptions Chaihu Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction and Guipi Decoction are selected in the treatment of the disease and they should be modifi ed properly by adhering to the principle of taking care of the spleen and stomach,in order to achieve the purpose of coordinating yin and yang,tranquilizing the mind and calming down palpitations.
