摘　　要：土甘草为豆科鱼藤属植物毛果鱼藤(Derris eriocarpa How.)的藤茎,是广西壮族传统药用植物。现代研究表明,土甘草主要含有黄酮类、三萜类化合物、香豆素类等多种化学成分,具有抗炎、镇痛、抗肿瘤等作用。本文对近年来土甘草的相关研究进行综述,阐明其药理活性和化学物质基础,为该药材的进一步深入开发与研究提供依据。Licorice,the stem of Derris eriocarpa How,is a traditional medicinal plant in Guangxi Zhuang area.Modern studies show that it mainly contains fl avonoids,triterpenoids,coumarins and other chemical components,and has the eff ects of anti-infl ammation,analgesia and anti-tumor,etc.This paper reviews the related researches of licorice in recent years,and expounds its pharmacological activities and chemical bases,so as to provide a basis for the further development and research of this medicinal material.
