摘  要:采用以邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物为内给电子体的聚丙烯催化剂CAT-1在间歇釜式反应器上进行了丙烯聚合,利用GPC,IR等方法对比了CAT-1,HR,DQC-401的聚合动力学、聚合活性、氢调敏感性、立构定向性及共聚性能等。实验结果表明,CAT-1的氢调敏感性能优异,随氢气加入量的增大,CAT-1制备的聚丙烯的熔体质量流动速率迅速增大。CAT-1制备的聚丙烯具有分子量分布较宽且高分子量级分含量高的特点。CAT-1的乙丙共聚能力优于DQC-401和HR,制备的聚丙烯中橡胶相含量较DQC-401和HR制备的聚丙烯提升超过63%。Propylene polymerization carried out in batch stirred tank reactors using CAT-1 with phthalate as internal donor.The polymerization kinetics,activity,sensitivity to hydrogen,stereospecificity and copolymerization ability of CAT-1 were investigated by GPC and IR and compared with HR and DQC-401 catalysts.The results show that CAT-1 exhibits good hydrogen response and the melt flow rate of polypropylene obtained by CAT-1 increases rapidly with the increase of H_(2) amount.The polypropylene prepared by CAT-1 has the characteristics of wide molecular mass distribution and high content of high molecular mass fractions.Compared with HR and DQC-401,CAT-1 has excellent copolymerization performance,and the content of rubber phase in polypropylene is increased by more than 63%.
