摘  要:分别考察了FTX催化剂的加氢精制性能、FC-80B催化剂的加氢裂化性能,利用自制小型实验装置对原油进行加氢精制及裂化,以确定5#工业白油对应的馏程范围。实验结果表明,FTX催化剂较常规参比剂的反应温度低10℃,芳烃饱和能力也更强,精制油的氮含量小于10μg/g,且具有良好的活性稳定性。采用FC-80B催化剂可使加氢裂化柴油中芳烃含量最高降低2.0百分点。当加氢裂化柴油的馏程范围为260~350℃时,可满足5#工业白油标准。1200 kt/a加氢裂化装置上的运行结果表明,在替换部分催化剂为FTX/FC-80B催化剂后,可成功生产5#工业白油产品,产品闪点为133.3℃、芳烃含量仅为0.58%(w)、倾点为-4.3℃、黏度为4.5 mm^(2)/s。The hydrogenation performance of FTX catalyst and the hydrocracking performance of FC-80B catalyst were investigated.The self-made micro-scale experimental unit was used to evaluate their hydrorefining and cracking performances on crude oil to determine the corresponding distillation range of 5#industrial white oil.The experimental results show that FTX catalyst has many advantages,such as the reaction temperature of it is 10℃lower than that of the conventional reference catalyst,its aromatics saturation capacity is better,the nitrogen content of the refined oil is less than 10μg/g,and its activity and stability are good.FC-80B catalyst can reduce the aromatics content in hydrocracked diesel oil by up to 2.0 percentage point.The 5#industrial white oil product can meet the quality standard when the distillation range of hydrocracked diesel is 260-350℃.The operating results on the 1200 kt/a hydrocracking unit show that after replacing part of the catalyst with FTX/FC-80B catalyst,5#industrial white oil product with flash point 133.3℃,aromatics content 0.58%(w),pour point-4.3℃and viscosity 4.5 mm^(2)/s can be successfully produced.
