摘 要:采用COSMOthermX软件从27种阳离子和26种阴离子组成的702种离子液体(ILs)中筛选出1-丁基-2,3-二甲基咪唑醋酸盐([BMMIM][Ac])、1-乙基-2,3-二甲基咪唑醋酸盐([EMMIM][Ac])和1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑醋酸盐([EMIM][Ac])为萃取剂,在101.3 kPa下,测定了丙酸甲酯+甲醇体系及丙酸甲酯+甲醇+IL体系的气液相平衡数据,并使用NRTL模型对实验数据进行了关联。实验结果表明,三种ILs的加入对丙酸甲酯产生明显的盐析作用,ILs的摩尔分数越大,盐析效果越明显;[EMIM][Ac],[EMMIM][Ac],[BMMIM][Ac]最小打破共沸的摩尔分数分别为0.0748,0.0660,0.0631。过量焓分析结果表明,三种ILs与甲醇具有较强的相互作用,可提高丙酸甲酯相对于甲醇的相对挥发度。Three ionic liquids(ILs),1-butyl-2,3-dimethylimidazolium acetate([BMMIM][Ac]),1-ethyl-2,3-dimethylimidazolium acetate([EMMIM][Ac])and 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate([EMIM][Ac]),were selected as the target entrainers using COSMOthermX software from 702 ILs composed of 27 cations and 26 anions.The isobaric vapor-liquid equilibrium data of the methyl propionate(MP)+methanol(MeOH)binary system and the MP+MeOH+IL ternary systems were measured at 101.3 kPa,and the experimental data were correlated by the NRTL model.The experimental results show that the addition of the 3 ILs has a significant salting-out effect on MP,and the greater the mole fraction of the ILs,the more obvious the effect.The minimum mole fractions of[EMIM][Ac],[EMMIM][Ac]and[BMMIM][Ac]needed to break the azeotrope are 0.0748,0.0660,0.0631,respectively.The excess enthalpy analysis results show that the 3 ILs have strong interaction with MeOH,which can improve the relative volatility of MP relative to MeOH.
