摘 要:提出了一种沿轴向等间隔排布的由中心射向管壁的多股射流管式反应器,利用数值模拟方法研究了射流轴向间距(l)对反应器内传热性能的影响。实验结果表明,圆形管道内中心多股射流能够显著提高Nu和综合传热性能评价因子(PEC);射流分布区域恒温壁面局部Nu沿流向呈波状分布,极大值位置与射流管分布位置基本对应;周向局部Nu的波峰(极大值)均位于射流管所处的方位,l和流速比影响极值大小。在射流管总数不变的情况下,增加射流管l会提高反应器芯管长度范围平均Nu,但射流管区域范围的平均Nu会有所下降。A multi jet tubular reactor with equidistant arrangement along the axial direction is proposed.The effect of axial distance(l)of jets on the heat transfer performance in the reactor is studied by numerical simulation.The results show that the Nu and the comprehensive heat transfer performance evaluation factor(PEC)can be significantly improved by the central multi-jet device in the circular pipe.The local Nu distribution of the constant temperature wall in the jet distribution area is wavy along the flow direction,and the position of the maximum value is roughly consistent with that of the jet pipe;the wave peaks(maximum)of the local nusselt number are located in the direction of the jet tube.The l and velocity ratio affects the peak value.And when the total number of jet tubes remains the same,the average Nu in the core tube length range will increase with increasing the l of jet tubes,but the average Nu in the jet tube region will decrease.
