摘 要:在气相工艺Unipol装置上采用BSG催化剂生产了聚乙烯粉料。考察了装置超负荷下的运行状态,并利用SEM、粒径分析、DSC等方法对催化剂及聚乙烯粉料的性能进行了分析。运行结果表明,BSG催化剂可在120%负荷下长时间稳定运行,且活性不下降;聚乙烯粉料破碎少、细粉含量低、球形粒子占比更高;催化剂共聚响应好,树脂干爽不发黏,可大幅提高流化床的粉料输送能力,从而达到提升装置生产负荷和节能降耗的目的。因此,新一代国产气相BSG聚乙烯催化剂在Unipol装置上具有很大的优势。BSG catalyst was used to produce polyethylene powder in Unipol gas-phase process.The operating state under overload was investigated and the performance of the catalyst and polyethylene powder were analyzed by SEM,particle size analysis and DSC.The running results show that BSG catalyst can run stably for a long time at 120%load without activity reduction.The polyethylene powder is less broken,having lower fine powder content and higher proportion of spherical particle.The catalyst copolymerization response is good and the resin is dry and non-sticky,which can greatly improve the conveying capacity of the fluidized bed,so as to achieve the purposes of increasing the production load of the device,saving energy and reducing consumption.Therefore,the new generation of domestic gas-phase BSG polyethylene catalyst has great advantages in Unipol plant.
