摘 要:电容器内部熔丝能在电容器内部元件击穿时,能将故障元件隔离开来,防止故障扩大,延长电容器的使用寿命,为验证内熔丝是否有效,需开展内熔丝隔离试验。而当前内熔丝隔离试验存在着操作安全性低、所需试验设备繁多、接拆线复杂等问题。通过建立等值电路和理论计算,分析内熔丝动作后电阻、电容量及内部分段电压的变化情况,提出内部熔丝隔离试验的原理和方法。阐述了电容器内部元件破坏的几种方法并进行了比较,提出了较为安全有效的元件破坏方式,并研发了成套的基于机械穿刺法的试验装置及方法。利用提出的方法和装置,对电容器样品进行了内熔丝隔离试验,验证了理论推算,证明了装置可经一次接线即可完成实验,显著提升试验效率,并通过远程操作,有效降低了试验操作的安全风险。The internal fuse of the capacitor can isolate the faulty components when the internal components of the capacitor break down,preventing the expansion of the fault and prolonging the service life of the capacitor.The internal fuse isolation test needs to be carried out to verify whether the internal fuse is effective.At present,there are some problems in the internal fuse isolation test,such as low operation safety,too many test equipments,complex connection and disconnection and so on.Through the established equivalent circuit and theoretical calculation,the changes of resistance,capacitance and internal section voltage after the action of internal fuse were analyzed,and the principle and method of internal fuse isolation test were put forward.Several methods of internal component damage of capacitor were expounded and compared,a safer and effective component damage mode was put forward,and a complete set of test device and method based on mechanical puncture method was developed.Using the proposed method and device,the internal fuse isolation test of capacitor samples was carried out,and the theoretical calculation was verified.It is proved that the device can complete the experiment through one wiring,significantly improving the test efficiency.The safety risk of test operation is effectively reduced through remote operation.
