摘 要:【目的】通过性诱剂诱捕器对苹果金纹细蛾的监测和防控效果的研究,证明性诱捕器可用于监测金纹细蛾的发生动态,可有效防控金纹细蛾幼虫的为害。【方法】试验共设3个处理,每处理3次重复,共9个小区。4月18日悬挂金纹细蛾性诱剂诱捕器,每亩(667 m 2)悬挂5个,悬挂于树干的中上部,距离地面高度为1.5 m,呈“Z”形均匀分布,每小区共悬挂25个,每20 d更换1次粘虫板和性诱芯。从悬挂当天开始算,每7 d调查1次金纹细蛾成虫数量及为害情况,利用SPSS16.0软件对数据进行新复极差法统计分析。【结果】在临沂地区苹果金纹细蛾一年发生5代,第1代成虫的发生量最大,是防治的关键时期。性诱剂诱捕器和25%的灭幼脲悬浮剂对金纹细蛾的防效均较好,无显著差异。但前者防控成本较后者低,且具有操作简单、无污染、使用安全、保护天敌等优点,是一种绿色高效的防治技术,可显著的减低生产成本和劳动量,保障农业生产安全。【Objective】Through the study on the monitoring and control effect of sexual attractor traps on Apple Lithocolletis ringoniella Mats,the results showed that the sexual traps could be used to monitor the occurrence and dynamics of Lithocolletis ringoniella Mats t.It can effectively prevent and control the damage of the larvae.【Method】The experiment consisted of 3 treatments with 3 replicates per treatment and 9 plots in total.On April 18,5 sexual attractor traps were hung in the middle and upper part of the tree trunk per mu(667 m 2)with a height of 1.5 m above the ground.The traps were evenly distributed in the shape of“Z”.A total of 25 moths were hung in each plot,and armyworm boards and sex traps were replaced every 20 days.The number of adults and damage were investigated every 7 days from the day of suspension.SPSS16.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data by new complex range method.【Results】There were five generations of Lithocolletis ringoniella Mats.in a year,and the first generation of adults had the largest amount of occurrence,which was the key period for control in Linyi City.The control effects of sex attractant traps and 25%chlorbenzuron suspension on Lithocolletis ringoniella Mats.were good and there was no significant difference.However,the control cost of the former was lower than that of the latter,and it had the advantages of simple operation,no pollution,safe using,and protection of natural enemies.Therefore,it was a green and efficient control technology.It can significantly reduce the production cost and labor,and ensure the safety of agricultural production.
