摘　　要：【目的】为了文冠果优良品种的快速繁育,以2 a生实生苗为砧木,采用4 a生良种母株的枝条饱满芽,开展了文冠果日光温室内嫁接试验。【方法】选择日光温室内嫁接、露天嫁接,两种方法分别每行嫁接100株,3次重复,共300株。嫁接完成后第20 d统计苗木愈合成活率;嫁接50 d后,用卷尺测量文冠果嫁接芽生长的平均高度;并对温室和露天的温度进行观测,作为文冠果生长所需平均温度。【结果】3月中旬,在日光温室内使用双舌接的方法,文冠果成活率为93.3%,露天嫁接成活率为76.7%,且温室内生长速率为0.608,露天生长速率为0.246,平均高度差值为18.1 cm,因此,在日光温室内,通过双舌接的嫁接方法扩繁文冠果优良种苗是比较有效地手段之一。【Objective】In order to promote the rapid breeding of superior varieties of Xanthocorpa sorbifolia Bunge,grafting experiment of Xanthocorpa sorbifolia Bunge,in solar greenhouse was carried out with 2 a seedling as rootstock and 4 A mother plant as full bud.【Method】Grafting in sunlight greenhouse and open-air were selected,100 plants were grafted in each row respectively by the two methods,with 3 replicates,300 plants in total.The healing survival rate of seedlings was calculated on the 20th day after grafting.After 50 days of grafting,the average height of grafting buds was measured by measuring tape.The greenhouse and open air temperatures were observed as the average temperature required for the growth of Xanthocorpa sorbifolia Bunge fruit.【Results】In the middle of March,using double tongue grafting method in solar greenhouse,the survival rate of Xanthocorpa sorbifolia Bunge fruit was 93.3%,open-air grafting survival rate was 76.7%,and the growth rate in greenhouse was 0.608,open-air growth rate was 0.246,the average height difference was 18.1 cm.Therefore,in solar greenhouse,Double tongue grafting is one of the effective methods to propagate good seeds and seedlings.
