‘华星’苹果在甘肃天水的栽培表现

摘　　要：‘华星’苹果是河北昌黎果树研究所选育出的优良早熟品种,2020年高接于天水市果树研究所苹果试验园内12 a生天汪一号/山定子苹果树上,株行距2.5 m×4 m。嫁接后随时检查,及时进行抹芽,有利于嫁接芽顺利萌发生长。当接穗成活后注重土肥水管理、整形修剪以及病虫害防治,文章对此管理技术做了简要概述。通过栽培试验,该品种果实近圆形,果个中等,果形端正,平均单果质量204.9 g;果面底色绿黄,着鲜红色呈断续条纹状,有蜡质光泽,果皮较薄;果肉乳白色,肉质细,脆,致密,果汁多,味甜,微酸,品质上;可溶性固形物质量分数15.2%,去皮果肉硬度8.65 kg/cm 2,果实在地下冷库中可保存4~6个月。果实8月15日成熟,成熟期早,抗逆性强,建议在天水适量发展。‘Huaxing’apple is an excellent early-maturing variety selected and bred by Hebei Changli Fruit Research Institute.It was planted on 12 years old Tianwang No.1/Malus baccata apple tree in Tianshui Fruit Research Institute Apple Experimental Park in 2020 with a plant spacing of 2.5 m×4 m.Check at any time after grafting and wipe bud in time,which is conducive to the smooth germination and growth of grafting bud.Management of soil,fertilizer and water,shaping and pruning as well as disease and insect pest control were paid attention to after scion became alive.Through cultivation experiments,the fruit of this variety is nearly round,medium fruit,regular fruit shape,average fruit weight 204.9 g;Fruit surface bottom color green yellow,with bright red intermittent stripes,waxy luster,thin peel;Milky white flesh,fine meat,crisp,dense,fruit juice,sweet taste,slightly sour,quality;The content of soluble solid was 15.2%,the hardness of peeled flesh was 8.65 kg/cm 2,and the fruit could be stored for 4~6 months in underground cold storage.Fruit mature on August 15,early maturity,strong resistance,it is recommended to develop in Tianshui proper amount.
