韶关市战略性新兴产业发展探析

摘　　要：战略性新兴产业是区域经济转型发展的强大动力源。作为一个老工业城市,韶关市培育发展战略性新兴产业既有机遇,也面临挑战,产业发展的不确定、薄弱的技术支撑能力以及高端人才稀缺的状况,都给韶关市发展战略性新兴产业带来不小的制约。因此,韶关市应牢牢把握发展机遇,通过营造宽松的产业发展环境、培养引进高端专业人才、提高科技创新能力、培育做强微观主体、构筑创新载体等路径全力迎接挑战,促进战略性新兴产业加速发展。Strategic emerging industries are a powerful driving force for the transformation and development of regional economy.As an old industrial city,Shaoguan City has both opportunities and challenges in cultivating and developing strategic emerging industries.Uncertainties in industrial development,weak technical support capabilities and the scarcity of high-end talents all pose no small constraints to Shaoguan’s development of strategic emerging industries.Therefore,Shaoguan should firmly grasp the development opportunities,meet the challenges and accelerate the development of strategic emerging industries by creating a relaxed industrial development environment,cultivating and introducing high-end professionals,improving the ability of scientific and technological innovation,cultivating and strengthening micro-subjects,and building innovative carriers.
