摘 要:近年来,公共图书馆服务转型升级迫在眉睫,这是公共图书馆发展的内在要求。从公共图书馆岗位管理现状出发,分析公共图书馆管理存在的问题和发展趋势,提出建立健全岗位职责和优化岗位分配机制、施行非核心业务外包、构建培训和人员合理流动机制等举措,不断提升公共图书馆岗位管理效率。In recent years,the transformation and upgrading of public library service is extremely urgent,which is the inherent requirement of the development of public library.Starting from the current situation of post management in public libraries,this paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of library management.Based on the development trend of library post management,it puts forward that the development of library post management can adopt perfecting post setting,exploring post distribution mechanism,implementing non-core business outsourcing,constructing training mechanism and reasonable personnel flow mechanism,And further promote the development of experience management to knowledge management,further improve the post management efficiency of public libraries.
