摘　　要：高校工会应紧抓互联网带来的发展机遇,充分发挥微信、微博、网站等“三个平台”及会员入会、职工维权、教代会提案办理、文体活动组织、职工救助制度、职工生日慰问等“六个系统”在工作中的作用,积极打造“网上工会”,推行网上办公,消减职工办事流程,简化办事手续,增强服务能力,提高服务水平,提升教职工对工会工作的满意度,使高校工会真正成为教职工的“娘家人”。Seizing the opportunity of Internet development,college trade unions could handle membership registration,employee rights protection,proposals made by Teachers'Congress,organizing cultural and sports activities,employee assistance,employee birthday condolences on platforms like WeChat,Weibo,and its websites.At the same time,trade unions in colleges and universities could create an"online trade union"system,implementing online offi ce work,simplifying staff handling procedures and procedures,enhancing service capabilities and levels,improving faculty and staff's satisfaction with trade union work,and making themselves a solid backing for faculty and staff.
