摘 要:为明确昆虫病原真菌对草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda的致病力,开展草地贪夜蛾的生物防治,本实验用不同浓度的罗伯茨绿僵菌Metarhizium robertsiisii AAU-4菌株的孢子悬浮液对草地贪夜蛾2龄幼虫以浸渍法进行了毒力测定。结果表明,AAU-4菌株对草地贪夜蛾2龄幼虫具有较强的致病力,浓度为1.0×10^(8)孢子/mL的LT50=7.18 d,11 d的累积校正死亡率为(70.37±6.73)%,且对被侵染而未致死的草地贪夜蛾幼虫体重、体长、化蛹率、成虫羽化率、产卵量、卵的孵化率等均产生了不同程度的影响,具有明显的亚致死效应。处理组2龄幼虫存活至6龄时体重为(0.31±0.01)g,对照组6龄幼虫体重为(0.44±0.00)g;处理组存活至6龄的幼虫体长为(3.18±0.04)cm,对照组6龄幼虫体长为(4.25±0.06)cm;处理组幼虫的化蛹率仅为(59.00±1.87)%,对照组幼虫化蛹率高达(91.00±1.00)%;处理组幼虫存活至蛹的羽化率为(55.80±4.96)%,对照组蛹的羽化率为(91.75±4.96)%;处理组幼虫存活至成虫的平均产卵量为(728.80±16.16)个,对照组成虫的平均产卵量为(951.30±23.29)个;处理组幼虫存活至成虫所产卵的校正孵化抑制率为(38.48±2.69)%,而对照组成虫所产卵未见孵化抑制现象;处理组与对照组间在上述6个指标上均存在显著性差异。因此,罗伯茨绿僵菌AAU-4对草地贪夜蛾的生长发育及繁殖均具有显著抑制效果,可以减少下一代的虫口数量,具有开发为生防制剂应用于草地贪夜蛾绿色防控的潜力。In order to clarify the virulence of entomopathogenic fungi against Spodoptera frugiperda and carry out biological control of S.frugiperda,the virulence of Metarhizium robertsiisii AAU-4 conidial suspensions to the 2nd instar larvae of S.frugiperda was determined.The results showed that AAU-4 had a strong virulence to the 2nd instar larvae.The LT50 was 7.18 d at 1.0×108 conidia/mL,and the cumulative adjusted mortality was(70.37±6.73)%at 11 d.In addition,it had obvious effects on the body weight,body length,pupation rate of the infected larvae,adult emergence rate,oviposition quantity and the egg hatching rate of the treatment group.The body weight of the 2nd instar larvae in the treatment group was(0.31±0.01)g,and that of the 6th instar larvae in the control group was(0.44±0.00)g.The body length of the 6 instar larvae in the treatment group was(3.18±0.04)cm,and that in the control group was(4.25±0.06)cm.The rate of pupation was only(59.00±1.87)%in the treatment group and(91.00±1.00)%in the control group.The emergence rate was(55.80±4.96)%in the treatment group and 91.75±4.96)%in the control group.The average number of eggs laid in the treatment group was(728.80±16.16),and 951.30±23.29)in the control group.The corrected hatching inhibition rate of the eggs laid by the adult developed from the larvae in treatment group was(38.48±2.69)%,and that of the eggs laid by the adults in control group was 0.There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the above six indicators.Therefore,M.robertsiisii AAU-4 has a significant inhibitory effect on the growth,development and reproduction of S.frugiperda,and can reduce the population number of the next generation of S.frugiperda,which has the potential of developing biological control agents for the green control of S.frugiperda.
