掺建筑垃圾的可泵性回填土施工性能试验研究

摘  要:为提高建筑垃圾利用率和回填土质量,通过将建筑垃圾再生细骨料和黏土质砂混合后再掺入水泥,开发出一种掺建筑垃圾的可泵性回填土。通过改变建筑垃圾再生细骨料掺量、水固比、泡沫掺量、灰土比及外加剂掺量等参数,分别研究其对掺建筑垃圾的可泵性回填土施工性能的影响,探索出体积质量对施工性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:原料土中再生细骨料掺量为50%时可泵性回填土强度与施工性能最好。当水固比低于0.3时可泵性回填土流动性随泡沫掺量的增加而先增后减,当水固比高于0.3时其流动性随泡沫掺量的增加而减小。泡沫掺量与泌水率呈负相关。当泡沫掺量超过原料土体积时,压力泌水率随水固比增加而减小。可泵性回填土的体积质量与流动性、泌水率和压力泌水率之间存在一定的函数关系。In order to improve the utilization rate of construction waste and the quality of backfill soil,by mixing construction waste recycled fine aggregate and clayey sand before adding cement,pumpable backfill soil mixed with construction waste was developed.By changing the construction waste recycled fine aggregate content,water-solid ratio,foam content,lime-soil ratio and the content of admixture,the effects on the construction performance of pumpable backfill soil mixed with construction waste were studied respectively,exploring the influence rules of construction performance on density.The test results show that the strength and construction performance of pumpable backfill soil are the best when the content of recycled fine aggregate in the raw soil is 50%.When the water-solid ratio is lower than 0.3,the fluidity of pumpable backfill soil first increase and then decrease with the increase of foam content,when the water-solid ratio is lower than 0.3,its fluidity decreases with the increase of foam content.There is a negative correlation between foam content and bleeding rate.When the foam content exceeds the volume of the raw material soil,pressure bleeding rate is positively correlated with water-solid ratio.In addition,there is a certain functional relationship between the density of materials and fluidity,bleeding rate and pressure bleeding rate.
