摘　　要：内蒙古民族大学农业资源与环境专业从2014年开始进行“育人为本,创新为基,能力为重”的人才培养模式改革与实践。“育人为本”,以情感价值塑造为根本。通过专业情感塑造、课程思政滋养和诚信教育引导,凸显教师、校友的感召,价值塑造引领修为方向,贯穿学习生涯。“创新为基”,以拓展创新思维为基础。通过课上课下、课内课外的层层引导,从科研到教学、从生产到教学的逐步回归,引导学生学会学习,学会创造,持续加强学生的问题意识和创新思维培养,极大地激发学生的创新兴趣,实现从“要我创新”到“我要创新”的转变,打牢学生发展的基石。“能力为重”,以提升实践能力为重点。通过深化实践教学改革、开辟实践教学资源、建设实践教学基地、强化创新创业训练,在真实的农业生产环境下培养学生的动手能力和生产技能。经过8年的探索与实践,形成了独具特色的人才培养和专业育人模式。应用后,取得显著成效。Since 2014,the specialty of agricultural resources and environment of Inner Mongolia Minzu University has carried out the reform and practice of talent cultivation mode of“education oriented,innovation oriented and ability oriented”.“Education oriented”refers to emotional value shaping as the foundation. Through professional emotion shaping,curriculum ideological and political nourishing and honesty education guidance,the inspiration of teachers and alumni is highlighted and value shaping leads the study as the direction throughout the study life.“Innovation based”refers to expanding innovative thinking. Through the layers of guidance in class and after class,in and out of class and stepwise regression from scientific research to teaching,from production to the teaching,teachers guide the student to learn to learn and learn to create and strengthen the cultivation of the students’ awareness of problems and innovative thinking and greatly arouse students’ interest in innovation. This will realize the transformation from“want me to innovation”to“I want to innovate”and make up the cornerstone of the development of the students.“Ability oriented”focuses on improving practical ability. Through deepening the reform of practical teaching,opening up practical teaching resources,building practical teaching bases and strengthening the training of innovation and entrepreneurship,students’ practical ability and production skills can be cultivated under the real agricultural production environment.After 8 years of exploration and practice,a talent training and professional education mode with solitary characteristics has been formed. After application,remarkable results have been achieved.
