摘 要:为减小某飞机小曲率TC4薄板热冲压成形回弹,对热冲压过程进行有限元分析。采用正交试验方法,选取成形温度和冲压速度作为影响因素,建立L_(16)(4^(2))正交试验表得到16组数值模拟方案,分析了板件在热冲压完成时的应力分布。结果表明:减小板件最大等效应力可有效降低其应力分布不均匀性;对最大等效应力模拟结果进行极差分析和方差分析,结果显示,影响最大等效应力的主要因素为冲压速度,次要因素为成形温度,以此确定热冲压最优参数组合;通过应力松弛试验获得TC4应力松弛曲线,对其进行二次延迟函数拟合,并进一步求导绘制应力松弛速度曲线,分析时效处理最优参数组合;通过热冲压小曲率TC4薄板试验,验证减小该成形件回弹量的最优工艺参数组合,与有限元模拟和应力松弛试验分析结果相符。To reduce the springback of an aircraft TC4 thin sheet with small curvature in hot stamping, the simulation analysis of hot stamping process was carried out. Using orthogonal test method, selecting forming temperature and stamping speed as influencing factors, L_(16)(4^(2)) orthogonal test table was established to obtain 16 groups of numerical simulation schemes, and the stress distribution of sheet was analyzed when the hot stamping was completed. The results show that reducing the maximum equivalent stress of sheet can effectively reduce the stress distribution inhomogeneity. The maximum equivalent stress simulation results were analyzed by range analysis and variance analysis, and the results show that the main factor affecting the maximum equivalent stress is the stamping speed and the secondary factor is the forming temperature, so as to determine the optimal combination of hot stamping parameters. The stress relaxation curves of TC4 were obtained by stress relaxation test, and it was fiteed by quadratic delay function, and then the stress relaxation velocity curves were drawed by derivation, and the optimal parameter combination of aging treatment was analyzed. Then the stress relaxation speed function and curves are calculated and drawn to obtain the optimal aging temperature and aging time. The optimal combination of process parameters for reducing springback was verified by hot stamping test of TC4 thin sheet with small curvature, which is consistent with the results of finite element simulation and stress relaxation test.
