摘 要:基于前处理软件LS-PrePost建立先进高强钢DP1180的帽形件链模成形有限元模型,采用考虑先进高强钢Bauschinger效应的Y-U材料硬化模型,通过拉伸-压缩试验获取材料参数,然后通过LS-DYNA的显示算法进行求解,得出帽形件链模成形结果,并采用无模法基于LS-DYNA的隐式算法计算出经链模成形后的帽形件回弹。结果表明,回弹导致链模成形帽形件腹板拱起,侧壁弯曲,且法兰处回弹最大。由于链模成形是一个连续加载过程,经链模成形后帽形件的回弹量沿成形方向不一致,为提高补偿的有效性,通过有限元软件DYNAFORM的SCP模块和三维设计软件THINKDESIGN的GSM模块对模具进行回弹补偿,最后分别通过试验验证了有限元模型的准确性和补偿结果的有效性。Based on the pre-processing software LS-PrePost, the finite element model of chain-die forming of hat-shaped part of advanced high strength steel DP1180 was established, and the Yoshida-Uemori material hardening model considering the Bauschinger effect of advanced high strength steel was adopted. The material parameters were obtained by tension-compress tests. The forming results of chain-die foriming of hat-shaped part were obtained by explicit algorithm of LS-DYNA, and the springback of hat-shaped part after chain-die forming was calculated based on implicit algorithm with no molding method. The results show that springback causes the web arch and wall side bend of hat-shaped part, and the springback in flange is biggest. The springback amount of the hat-shaped parts was inconsistent along the forming direction after chain-die forming for the chain-die forming was a continuous loading process. To improve the effectiveness of compensation, SCP of finite element software DYNAFORM and GSM of three-dimensional design software THINKDESIGN were used to compensate the springback. Finally, the accuracy of the finit element model and effectiveness of compensation results were verified by tests.
