摘  要:为了改善筒形件辊挤成形时的变形均匀性,避免辊挤缺陷的产生,建立了三维实体模型,对纯铝筒体毛坯辊挤成形进行了数值模拟,研究了不同飞边槽圆角半径时辊挤成形的变形行为。模拟结果表明,经过第1道次辊挤成形,随飞边槽圆角半径增大,坯料的变形均匀性因子呈现先减小后增大的趋势,当圆角半径为5 mm时变形均匀性因子最小,变形最均匀;第2道次整形后,随飞边槽圆角半径的增大,产生折叠缺陷的趋势逐渐降低,当圆角半径大于5 mm时不再产生折叠,坯料辊挤成形质量最好。根据模拟结果进行了实验验证,实验结果与模拟分析相吻合。To improve the deformation uniformity of cylindrical parts during roll extrusion forming and avoid the formation of roll extrusion defects, a three-dimensional solid model was established to simulate the roll extrusion forming of pure aluminum cylinder blank. The deformation behavior of roll extrusion forming with different fillet radiuses of flash groove was studied. The simulation results show that the deformation uniformity factor of blank decreases first and then increases with the increase of fillet radius of flash groove after the first pass of roll extrusion forming. When the fillet radius is 5 mm, the deformation uniformity factor is the smallest and the deformation is the most uniform. After the second pass of shaping, the trend of folding defects gradually decreases with the increase of fillet radius of flash groove. When the fillet radius is greater than 5 mm, there is no folding, and the roll extrusion forming quality of blank is the best. The experimental verification was carried out according to the simulation results. The experimental results are consistent with the simulation results.
