摘 要:针对低压铸造A356铝合金轮毂的两旋轮旋压成形特点,通过旋压成形数值模拟及实验分析了在两旋轮旋压工艺下首道次压下率对轮辋壁厚均匀性、坯料隆起高度、旋轮所受压力以及轮辋微观组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,当首道次压下率为40%时,轮辋壁厚较均匀,成形质量较好,坯料隆起高度较小,材料贴模性较好,两个旋轮所受压力较稳定,沿轮辋厚度方向变形较大且均匀,且轮辋内外侧材料的力学性能比较接近。因此,在铝合金轮毂两旋轮旋压成形时首道次压下率为40%比较合适。Aiming at the two wheels spinning forming characteristics of low pressure casting A356 aluminum alloy hub, the effect of the first pass reduction rate on the uniformity of wall thickness of rim, the bulge height of billet, the pressure on wheel, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of rim was analyzed by the numerical simulation and experiment of spinning forming. The results show that when the first pass reduction rate is 40%, the wall thickness of rim is uniform, the forming quality is better, the bulge height of billet is less, the fittability of material is good, the pressure on the two wheels is stable, the deformation along the rim thickness direction is large and uniform, and the mechanical properties of material inside and outside of rim are similar. Therefore, for the spinning forming of A356 aluminum alloy wheels hub, reduction rate of 40% in the first pass is more appropriate.
