摘 要:以S煤矿为例,在概述其矿井通风系统现状及矿井通风系统改进措施的基础上,从监测系统分站及线缆设置、风流参数传感器及监测点选址、滤波分析等方面进行了该矿井通风系统改进后风流参数动态监测的研究,并对风量调节优化模型的构建思路以及约束条件进行分析探讨。结果表明:矿井通风系统风流参数实时监测、风量调节优化及通风机自动监控是保证矿井通风系统自动化运行的必要条件;通过风量调节优化处理改进矿井通风系统调控模式,有助于推进矿井自动化控制的全面实现;矿井通风系统风流参数动态监测系统的优化设计和应用对于矿井安全生产、降低能耗具有积极意义,也是国内各大煤矿矿井通风系统改革的方向。Taking S Coal Mine as an example,based on summarizing the status and improvement measures of the mine ventilation system,this paper studied the dynamic monitoring of air flow parameters of the mine ventilation system after improvement from the aspects of sub-station and cable setting of the monitoring system,air flow parameter sensor and monitoring site selection,filtering analysis,etc.,and analyzed and discussed the construction ideas and constraint conditions of air volume regulation optimization model.The results show that the real-time monitoring of air flow parameters,the optimization of air volume regulation and the automatic monitoring of fans are the necessary conditions to ensure the automatic operation of mine ventilation system;improving the regulation mode of mine ventilation system through air volume regulation and optimization treatment is helpful to promote the realization of automatic mine control;the optimization design and application of dynamic monitoring system for air flow parameters of mine ventilation system are of positive significance to mine safety production and energy consumption reduction,and it is also the direction of the reform of ventilation system in domestic coal mines.
