浅谈综采工作面回采工艺

摘　　要：现如今,煤炭行业愈发意识到综采工作面回采工艺技术的重要作用,其不仅可以提高综采工作面的开采速度和产量,还可以在一定程度上保障煤矿工人的人身安全,降低危险事故的发生频率。鉴于此,以煤矿综采工作面回采工艺为主题进行分析,指出了综采工作面回采工艺的主要类型,影响综采工作面回采效率的主要因素,在此基础上介绍了A煤矿1101综采工作面概况,分析了该煤矿机械设备的型号选择,回采期间顶板和煤壁的安全控制措施等,从而提高综采工作装备水平,改进回采工艺,最终取得更好的采煤效果。Nowadays,the coal industry is increasingly aware of the important role of fully mechanized mining face mining technology,which can not only improve the mining speed and output of fully mechanized mining face,but also to a certain extent to protect the safety of coal miners,reduce the frequency of dangerous accidents.In view of this,this paper analyzed the mining technology of fully mechanized mining face,pointed out the main types of mining technology of fully mechanized mining face and the main factors affecting the mining efficiency of fully mechanized mining face,introduced the general situation 1101 fully mechanized mining face of A Coal Mine,analyzed the type selection of mechanical equipment of the coal mine,and the safety control measures of roof and coal wall during mining,so as to improve the level of fully mechanized coal mining equipment,improve mining technology and finally achieve better coal mining effect.
