摘　　要：R波递增不良(PRWP)是比较常见的一种心电图现象。研究发现,胸导联PRWP多见于心脏器质性病变,对临床疾病诊断和治疗有一定的指导价值。本文对PRWP在心肌梗死、扩张型心肌病、心力衰竭、心律失常、肺心病中的临床意义进行探讨,阐明PRWP在临床实践中的重要性。Poor R wave progression(PRWP)is a relatively common phenomenon in electrocardiogram.It is found that,PRWP in chest leads is more common in organic heart diseases,which has certain guiding value for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Therefore,this paper summarized and discussed the characteristics and clinical significance of PRWP in myocardial infarction,dilated cardiomyopathy,heart failure,arrhythmia,pulmonary heart disease and other diseases was discussed,and clarified the importance of PRWP in clinical practice.
