徐小萍教授基于“玄府理论”治疗单纯性肥胖的经验撷要

摘　　要：肥胖病作为目前我国严重的公共卫生问题,对内分泌代谢健康及日常生活带来明显困扰,以减重为主要诉求的就诊患者人数逐渐增多。徐小萍教授结合在刘完素《素问玄机原病式》中扩展了内涵的玄府理论对单纯性肥胖患者进行辨证施治,认为脾胃玄府因膏脂、痰浊壅滞而失开阖,日久影响一身玄府之职,治疗当以开通脾胃玄府为基本原则,以参苓白术散合泽泻汤加减,结合简便、有效、规范的体重管理模式,中西医结合治疗肥胖病并取得明显疗效。Obesity is a serious public health problem in China,has brought obvious troubles to endocrine metabolism and daily life,when the number of patients seeking treatment for weight loss is increasing.Professor XU Xiaoping treats obesity patients in conjunction with Xuanfu theory extended in Su Wen Xuan Ji Bing Yuan Shi completed by LIU Wansu.The theory held that the Xuanfu of Spleen and Stomach lost its function because of fat and phlegm retention.Thus,the treatment principle of obesity is to repair the function.Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Zexie Decoction is mainly applied.At the same time,effective and standardized weight management would be required,the treatment of obesity by integrated Chinese and western medicine has achieved obvious curative effect.
