摘  要:强化生物除磷工艺(EBPR)因其经济、高效得到越来越广泛的应用。但由于环境因素和参数控制等影响,系统的长期稳定性和可靠性难以维持。在生物除磷机理的基础上,结合国内外研究现状,综述了碳源、pH、进水温度、电子受体、污泥龄(SRT)等对EBPR系统的影响,并综合现有的研究基础和发展趋势,对EBPR的研究方向进行了展望。总结了聚磷菌(PAOs)和聚糖菌(GAOs)的最优生长条件和EBPR系统运行的最佳参数控制,以期为EPBR工艺的微生物种群结构调控以及增强工艺的稳定性等提供参考。Enhanced biological phosphorus removal(EBPR) system has been widely employed due to its economy and high efficiency.However,due to the influence of environmental factors and parameter control,the long-term stability and reliability of the system were difficult to maintain.Based on the mechanism of biological phosphorus removal,the effects of carbon source,pH value,water temperature,electron acceptor,and sludge age(SRT) on the EBPR system were summarized,and the research direction of EBPR was prospected based on the existing research and development trend.In this review,the optimal growth conditions of PAOs and GAOs bacteria and the optimal parameter control of the EBPR system operation were summarized,which provide a reference for the regulation of microbial population structure and the stability enhancement in the EPBR process.
