摘 要:针对不同温度制备生物炭对反硝化脱氮过程影响不明晰的现状,建立4个序批式反应器,以合成废水和生物炭为探究对象,在中温条件下考察了不同温度制备生物炭对反硝化过程的影响。结果表明,生物炭对反硝化过程具有显著影响,且影响效果与制备温度相关。300℃和500℃制备生物炭强化NO_(3)^(-)-N转化,促进了乙酸盐的消耗,而700℃制备生物炭抑制NO_(3)^(-)-N转化,降低乙酸盐的转化。此外,生物炭抑制了N_(2)O的释放,且生物炭制备温度越高,抑制程度越显著,当生物炭制备温度为700℃时,N_(2)O的积累释放量仅为总氮的0.027%。酶活性分析表明低温制备生物炭强化反硝化主要是由于促进了硝酸盐还原酶(NAR)、亚硝酸盐还原酶(NIR)的活性,而高温制备生物炭主要抑制了NAR。The effect of biochar preparation at different temperatures on the denitrification process was unclear,four sequencing batch reactors were established to investigate the effect of biochar prepared at different temperatures on the denitrification process with the synthetic wastewater and biochar as the research objects.The results showed that the biochar had a significant effect on the denitrification process,and the effect was related to the preparation temperature.The prepared biochar at 300 and 500℃were enhanced the NO_(3)^(-)-N conversion and promoted acetate consumption.But the prepared biochar at 700℃was inhibited the NO_(3)^(-)-N conversion and decreased acetate conversion.In addition,the release of N_(2)O was inhibited by biochar,and the inhibition was more significant with increasing the preparation temperature of the biochar.When the preparation temperature of biochar was 700℃,the cumulative release of N_(2)O was only 0.027%of total nitrogen.Enzyme activity analysis showed that the enhanced denitrification of biochar prepared at low temperature mainly improved the activities of nitrate reductase (NAR) and nitrite reductase (NIR),while the preparation of biochar at high temperature mainly inhibited the NAR.
