摘  要:凹凸棒石(ATP)为载体,设计并合成了ATP衍生复合絮凝剂(ATP-MCPA)。以煤化工废水RO浓缩液为研究对象,探讨ATP-MCPA复配比及其投加量、反应时间、溶液初始pH对RO浓缩液中污染物去除效果的影响。在单因素实验基础上,采用响应曲面优化分析实验,得出在ATP-MCPA投加量为1.8 g/L,溶液初始pH为4.7,反应时间24min时,TP和COD去除率最高,分别为99.60%、85.71%。电镜扫描和脱盐分析发现,ATP-MCPA絮体颗粒细密,且絮体表面沉积大量盐颗粒,ATP-MCPA与RO浓缩液中无机污染物的聚合能力为TP>SO_(4)^(2-)>Cl^(-);亲疏水性和有机物分子量分布分析发现,ATP-MCPA对RO浓缩液中各个类型的有机污染物都有一定程度的去除,但疏水性、小分子有机污染物的去除效果优于亲水性、大分子有机污染物。multi-coordination purifying agent (ATP-MCPA) derived from attapulgite (ATP) was designed and synthesized.The treatment effects on the removal of pollutants from the RO concentrate produced by coal chemical wastewater were studied,and the ATP/MCPA ratio and its dosage,reaction time,and the initial pH value of the solution were discussed.Based on the single factor experiment,the response surface optimization analysis experiment was proposed and the optimal conditions were the dosage of ATP-MCPA was 1.8 g/L,the initial pH value of the solution was 4.7,and the reaction time was 24 min.The removal rates of TP and COD were the highest,which were 99.60%and 85.71%,respectively.The SEM and desalination analysis showed that the ATP-MCPA flocs were fine and salt particles deposited on the surface of the flocs.The polymerization ability of inorganic pollutants in the ATP-MCPA and RO concentrated solution was TP>SO_(4)^(2-)>Cl^(-).The analysis of hydrophilicity and molecular weight distribution of organic matter showed that the ATP-MCPA could remove all kinds of organic pollutants in RO concentrate to a certain extent,and the removal effect of hydrophobic and small molecular organic pollutants was better than that of hydrophilic and macromolecular organic pollutants.
