摘  要:探讨了不同COD/ρ(TN)对反硝化生物滤池(DNBF)脱氮效果及SMP含量和组分的影响,并采用三维荧光结合平行因子分析法(EEM-PARAFAC)追踪DNBF出水SMP组分变化。结果表明,TN去除率和SMP含量均随COD/ρ(TN)的增加而提高。SMP含量占出水COD比例随COD/ρ(TN)降低逐渐增加,由23.9%增至37.2%。平行因子分析显示出水SMP含3个组分为酪氨酸类蛋白C1;色氨酸类蛋白C2;腐殖质类物质C3。它们在SMP中的相对丰度取决于不同COD/ρ(TN),且运行期间SMP中蛋白样组分始终较腐殖酸样占优势。此外,C2组分与SMP含量呈线性相关(R^(2)=0.795 4)。EEM-PARAFAC可作为不同COD/ρ(TN)下DNBF出水SMP组分变化定量分析的工具。The effect of COD/ρ(TN) ratios on the nitrogen removal efficiency,the contents and components of SMP in a denitrifying biofilter (DNBF)were investigated.Three-dimensional fluorescence combined with parallel factor analysis (EEM–PARAFAC) was used to track the changes of SMP components under different COD/ρ(TN) ratio conditions.The results showed that both TN removal rate and SMP content increased with the increase of COD/ρ(TN) ratios.The proportion of SMP/COD increased gradually from 23.9%to 37.2%with the decrease in COD/ρ(TN) ratios.Parallel factor analysis indicated the SMP from DNBF effluent contained three components,namely,Component 1 (tyrosine-like proteins),Component 2 (tryptophanlike proteins) and Component 3 (humic-like substances).Their relative abundance in SMP depends on different COD/ρ(TN) ratios,and,the component of protein-like substances in the SMP was more abundant than that of humic-like substances during operation period of DNBF.In addition,there was a linear correlation between C2 component and SMP content (R^(2)=0.795 4).This study indicates that EEM–PARAFAC can be used as a promising quantitative analysis tool for SMP component changes in DNBF effluent with different COD/ρ(TN) ratios.
