摘　　要：为解决农村生活污水处理成本过高的问题,开发了以太阳能光伏发电为动力的强化混凝/A/O生物接触氧化一体化装置,通过投加HCA/PAC复配混凝剂进行混凝预处理降低装置生化处理负荷与运行费用,运用光伏动力系统降低电耗,装置稳定运行后对其处理农村生活污水的效能及经济性进行分析。结果表明,在混凝剂投加量为20mg/L,HRT为14.13 h,硝化液回流比为200%时,装置运行效果最优,出水COD为21.29 mg/L,NH_(4)^(+)-N、TN、TP与SS质量浓度分别为3.56、29.75、1.68、3.92 mg/L,出水水质达到甘肃省《农村生活污水处理设施水污染物排放标准》(DB62/T 4014-2019)一级标准;装置运行耗电量为3.40 kWh/d,光伏动力系统日发电量为3.90 kWh/d,可节约污水处理动力成本为4.155元/m^(3)。光伏动力一体化装置具有处理成本低、污水处理效率较高和占地面积小等特点,在农村污水处理领域具有一定的应用前景和推广价值。In order to solve the problem of the high cost of rural domestic sewage,enhanced coagulation/A/O biological contact oxidation integrated unit powered by solar energy photovoltaic power generation was developed.Pretreatment of enhanced coagulation by dosing PAC-HCA composite coagulant to reduce the biochemical treatment load and operating cost of the unit,utilization of photovoltaic power system to reduce the power consumption.After the stable operation of the plant,the efficiency and economy of rural domestic sewage treatment were analyzed.The results showed that the operation effect of the unit was optimal under the coagulant dosage was 20 mg/L,HRT was 14.13 h,internal recycle ratio was 200%,effluent COD,NH_(4)^(+)-N,TN,TP and SS were 21.29 mg/L,3.56 mg/L,29.75 mg/L,1.68 mg/L,and 3.92 mg/L,respectively.Effluent water quality up to the Gansu province rural sewage treatment facilities of water pollutant discharge standard (DB62/T 4014-2019).The power consumption of the device in the operation was 3.40 kWh/d,the daily generating capacity of the photovoltaic power system was 3.90 kWh/d.The power cost of sewage treatment can be saved at 4.155 yuan/m^(3).The photovoltaic power integrated unit has the advantages of low treatment cost,high sewage treatment efficiency,and a small footprint.The integrated unit has certain application prospects and promotion value in the field of rural sewage treatment.
