催化烟脱外排废水悬浮物高的原因分析及改善

摘  要:主要针对某炼厂催化烟脱外排废水悬浮物超标的原因进行了研究分析,发现其超标的主要原因如下:胀鼓过滤器过滤效果差、胀鼓过滤器运行负荷过高、渣浆浓缩缓冲罐沉降效果不佳等。通过加大补排水量、投加絮凝剂及调整渣浆浓缩缓冲罐搅拌速度等工艺的优化,可将烟脱外排废水悬浮物浓度由1 368.8 mg/L降至并稳定在4~300 mg/L,达标率由之前的17.5%提升至69.2%,较工艺未优化之前出水水质有了极大的改善。In this paper,the reasons for excessive suspended solids in a catalytic refining unit of the sewage of FCC flue gas desulfurization have been investigated,it was found that the main issues were the seriously blocked of the expansion drum filter,overload operation of the expansion drum filter,and lacking in the settlement ability of the slurry thickening buffer tank for excessive suspensions.Through the process optimizations,such as:increasing the amount of water and sewage,adding the suitable flocculant,adjusting the mixed speed of the slurry concentration buffer tank,etc.The excessive suspended solid of 1 368.8 mg/L in the external drainage of FCC flue gas desulfurization was decreased and stabilized at 4~300 mg/L,the discharge rate was increased from 17.5% to 69.2%.The quality of drainage water has been significantly improved compared with the previous sewage without treatment.
