摘  要:某印染化工综合园区废水通过水解酸化+A^(2)O+高密池(投加活性炭)+臭氧催化氧化+V型滤池进行处理,COD、氨氮、总氮、SS去除率达到83.2%、94.3%、79.6%、97.6%,出水稳定达到设计标准。COD的稳定达标是工业园区废水达标的重点,本工程通过水解池提高可生化性,生化池进一步降低可生物降解COD,活性炭吸附及臭氧催化氧化深度处理保证出水COD的达标。通过A^(2)O生化池重点解决氨氮、总氮问题。高密池对SS的去除率最高。The wastewater from a printing and dyeing chemical comprehensive park was treated by hydrolytic acidification+A^(2)O+Densadeg Clarifier(adding activated carbon)+ozone catalytic oxidation+V-type filter.The removal rates of COD,ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen and SS reached83.2%,94.3%,79.6%and 97.6%,and the effluent stability reached the design standard.It is the key point of industrial park wastewater to meet the standard of COD stability.In this project,the biodegradability is improved by hydrolysis tank,and the biodegradable COD is further reduced by the biochemical tank.Activated carbon adsorption and ozone catalytic oxidation advanced treatment ensure that the effluent COD reaches the standard.The problems of ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen were mainly solved by A^(2)O biochemical tank.The removal rate of SS in high density tank was the highest.
