摘 要:采用光学显微镜、电子背散射衍射(EBSD)测试、拉伸实验、维氏硬度检测等测试技术,研究2195铝锂合金带纵向内筋筒壳旋挤复合成形工艺,揭示旋挤工艺条件对内筋筒壳成形以及组织性能演变影响规律。研究结果表明:当加热温度为400℃,成形温度为200℃,总减薄率为82.5%时,在进给比为0.893~1.339 mm/r范围内,改变进给比能成形筋高超过4.6 mm的2195铝锂合金带筋筒壳,且在该范围内增大进给比,内筋充填高度随之增加,直至该参数下的筋高极限,其极限筋高值为7.760 mm,当进给比从0.893提高到1.190 mm/r时,筋高增加16.4%。在整体成形过程中筋部显微组织呈现一定的流线规律,且随进给比增大,筋内流线及晶粒分布更加均匀。当时效热处理状态相同时,随着进给比增大,带筋筒壳成形筋部硬度、屈服强度和抗拉强度均随之增加。Using optical microscope,electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD) testing,tensile mechanical properties,Vickers hardness and other testing techniques,the spinning-extrusion composite forming process of 2195 Al-Li alloy cylindrical shell with longitudinal inner ribs was studied.The influence of spinning process conditions on the formation of inner rib shell and the evolution of structure and properties was revealed.The results show that when the heating temperature is 400 ℃,the forming temperature is 200 ℃,and the total thickness is reduced by 82.5%,and the longitudinal inner rib cylindrical shell shape of 2195 Al-Li alloy belt with the rib height of more than4.6 mm can be formed by changing the feeding ratio within a certain range(0.893-1.339 mm/r).With the increase of the feed ratio,the filling height of the inner ribs increases until the limit value of the rib height at this parameter is 7.760 mm.When the feed ratio is changed from 0.893-1.190 mm/r,the height of the rib height increases by16.4%.During the whole forming process,it can be observed that the microstructure inside the reinforcement presents a certain streamline rule,and with the increase of feed ratio,the streamline and grain distribution inside the rib becomes more uniform.With the increase of feed ratio,the hardness value,yield strength and tensile strength of the tube shell rib increase with the same aging heat treatment state.
