摘 要:为解决湿法炼锌净化除钴过程机理建模困难的问题,首先,将影响除钴效果的反应归纳为电化学反应、锌离子的水解和吸附反应。其次对微电池电势分布引入等电位假设,建立除钴过程电化学反应速率方程、混合电位方程;引入饱和函数模拟铜锑添加剂的催化效应,并基于水解和吸附平衡反应原理建立锌离子水解和吸附反应速率方程。最后,基于质量守恒定律建立批式除钴过程的状态空间方程,通过实验数据对模型进行辨识和验证。研究结果表明:该模型能较好地反映锌粉浓度、铜锑浓度、p H对除钴反应的影响。In order to overcome the difficulty of establishing a kinetic model of cobalt removal process,firstly,the reactions affecting cobalt removal performance were classified into two types:electrochemical reactions,hydrolysis and adsorption reactions of zinc ion.Then,the equipotential hypothesis was introduced to describe the microcell potential distribution,and the electrochemical reaction rate equations and a mixed potential equation of cobalt removal were established.Saturation functions were introduced to simulate the catalytic effect of Cu-Sb additive.In addition,based on the equilibrium reaction principle,the rate equations of hydrolysis and absorption reactions were established.Finally,the state space equations of batch cobalt removal process were established based on mass conservation principle.The model was identified and verified by experimental data.The results show that the model can exactly reflect the effects of zinc dust concentration,copper and antimony concentration and pH on the cobalt removal rate.
