摘  要:为研究混合骨料配比、料浆质量分数以及水泥掺量对充填体强度发展的影响,采用Talbol级配理论对骨料级配进行评价,并提出基于分形理论的混合骨料配比优化方法,确定最佳骨料配比;采用响应面法设计实验,建立不同养护龄期充填体强度的回归模型,分析各因素对充填体强度发展的影响;构建RSMBBD-DF多目标优化法对充填体强度进行优化。研究结果表明:河砂、废石集料级配单一,不适合单独做充填骨料,采用分形理论对不同配比的河砂-废石混合料堆积结构进行表征,分形维数越大,混合骨料级配越优;充填体强度发展受到单因素及各因素交互作用的影响,废石质量分数与水泥掺量交互作用对早期强度影响显著,显著性检验P<0.05;料浆质量分数与水泥掺量交互作用对中期强度影响显著,P<0.05;废石质量分数与料浆质量分数交互作用对充填体后期强度影响显著,P<0.01。以金川二矿区为研究背景,利用RSM-BBD-DF多目标优化法对配合比进行优化,得到满足强度要求的最佳配合比。To study the influence of mixed aggregate ratio,slurry mass fraction and cement content on the strength development of backfill,Talbol gradation theory was used to evaluate the aggregate gradation,and an optimization method based on fractal theory was proposed to determine the optimal aggregate ratio.Response surface method was used to design the experiment,and the regression model of backfill strength at different curing ages was established.The influence of various factors on the strength development of backfill was analyzed,and the mix proportion was optimized.The results show that the aggregate gradation of river sand and waste rock is single,which is not suitable for filling aggregate.Fractal theory is used to characterize the stacking structure of river sand waste rock mixture with different proportions.The larger the fractal dimension is,the better the gradation of mixed aggregate is;the strength development of filling body is affected by single factor and interaction of various factors,and the interaction between waste rock mass fraction and cement content has significant effect on early strength,P<0.05;interaction between slurry mass fraction and cement content has significant effect on medium-term strength,P<0.05;interaction between waste rock mass fraction and cement content has significant influence on later strength of backfill,P<0.01.Taking Jinchuan No.2 Mining Area as the research background,the mix proportion is optimized by RSM-BBD-DF,and the best mix proportion meeting the strength requirements is obtained.
