摘　　要：随着劳动力成本上升,天然橡胶生产成本逐年增加,传统的人工耕作方式已不能适应产业的发展需要,特别是近年来天然橡胶价格持续走低,胶工流失严重,胶林面临无人管的境地。通过对前期研制的2FH-L型履带遥控胶园开沟施肥机的技术性和经济性进行评价,开展机械化施肥与人工施肥作业的比对试验。结果表明:与人工作业相比,机械化施肥生产效率提高107.8%,可减少用工51.8%,施肥深度增加12.2 cm,施肥深度稳定性提高21.1%,作业成本降低16.05%。机械化施肥技术经济效益明显,可大幅提高生产效率,减少胶园施肥用工,减缓产业用工荒,有利于天然橡胶产业健康发展。With the increasing of labor cost,the production cost of natural rubber increased year by year,and the traditional artificial farming method can no longer adapt to the industry development needs,especially in recent years,the price of natural rubber continues to fall,the loss of rubber workers is serious and many farms facing the situation of no labor management.In order to evaluate the technology and economy of 2FH-L remote control fertilizer equipment for rubber garden and provide basis information for the promotion of mechanized fertilization technology of natural rubber,a comparison test between mechanized fertilization and manual fertilization was carried out in this paper.The test results showed that compared with manual operation,mechanized fertilization production efficiency increased 107.8%,labor reduced by 51.8%,fertilization depth increased 12.2 cm,improved stability of fertilization depth by 21.1%,and reduced operation cost by 17.8%.It can be seen that mechanized fertilization technology has obvious economic benefits,which can greatly improve production efficiency,reduce fertilization labor in rubber gardens,slow down industrial labor shortage,and benefit to the healthy development of natural rubber industry.
